Rotronic HC2A-AW water activity probes are digital humidity-temperature probes based on the AirChip 3000 technology. Each is designed to measure water activity in liquids, pastes, powders and other products.
HC2A-AW water activity probes are available with either a digital UART output signal for use with Rotronic indicators such as the HygroLab or with a USB output signal which plugs directly to the USB port of a PC running the HygroSoft software and is designed strictly for PC-based measurements. Multiple probes can be attached to a single PC.
By utilizing AirChip 3000 technology, HC2 water activity probes can be easily updated by the user regarding any future functionality improvements.
