The Rosemount 2555 Solids Level Switch is robust and suitable for all solids bulk media in all types of vessels. It can be used for full, demand or empty detection and is designed for low dielectric medias and extreme conditions such as high temperatures, high mechanical stress, and high tensile forces. The Rosemount 2555 has “Active Shield Technology” which protects against media build-up or caking to ensure complete reliability. It will measure medias with dielectric constant down to 1.5. with simple, automatic calibration via push button and internal display.
