Leyro LCB 50 temperature calibrator is a versatile, dry block and liquid bath system designed for precise temperature calibration across a wide range of industrial and laboratory applications. With a temperature range of 86 to 491°F, it delivers stability ±.018°F, uniformity of ±.054°F in liquid bath mode and ±.09°F in dry block mode. Along with an accuracy of ±.18°F and a 4.3in touchscreen interface offers intuitive control, including access to calibration menus with up to 10 adjustable points for enhanced precision.
The LCB 50 has the ability to quickly switch between dry block and liquid bath modes and also supports surface and blackbody calibration. The system includes a teflon magnetic stirrer with speed control for uniform heat distribution in liquid mode. Communication is enabled via RS485 Modbus RTU with a DB9 connector, and the calibrator supports multi-language operation (English, Spanish, German, French, and Italian). A durable housing and transport case with wheels ensure ease of use in the lab or field.
The LCB 50 comes standard with a traceable calibration certificate (ENAC ISO 17025 available), insert extractor tools, a drain pump, and a 3-year warranty. With quick heat-up and cool-down times, and high-resolution control. Resolution for the basic model is .18°F and selectable for the advance model .18°F / .018°F / .0018°F.
