The Keysight N5381B 12 GHz high bandwidth solder-in differential probe heads provide maximum bandwidth and minimizes capacitive loading to ≤ 210 fF. Variable spacing from 0.2 to 3.3 mm (8 to 130 mills). The N5381B is compatible with InfiniiMax I amps.
The N5381B is 100% form, fit, function equivalent to the N5381A.
The N1415A is a 1.5m triax to alligator cable for the B2980A series of Femto/Picoammeters and Electrometers. It is convenient to make quick current measurements more than 1nA, but using appropriate shielding enables less than 1nA current measurements. The N1415A can be also used for other quick measurements such as voltage, resistance and charge. Red clip = center conductor, black = inner shield (guard), green = outer shield.
