Dual 4-Channel RF Multiplexer
The Keysight DAQM905A RF multiplexer offers broadband switching capabilities for high frequency and pulsed signals. Use them to route test signals between your device under test and your signal generator, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, or other instrumentation.
The RF multiplexer are arranged as two independent 1×4 multiplexers, each with a common shield and a switched center conductor. Connections can be made directly to SMB inputs with 2 GHz usable bandwidth, or to the BNC-to-SMB adapters provided with 1 GHz bandwidth. Multiple banks may be cascaded together for applications requiring even larger topologies — create a 16:1 multiplexer in a single frame.

8495B/001 Manual Step Attenuator
Configuration: (001) RF connection type of Type-N female connectors
Key Features and Specifications:
The Keysight 8495B dc to 18 GHz manual step attenuator offers exceptional repeatability and reliability. Attenuation is provided in 10 dB steps from 0 to 70 dB. Precision gold-plated leaf springs ensure long life (over 5 million cycles) and very high attenuator repeatability (typically 0.01 dB). To improve measurement accuracy, NIST traceable data (SWR and attenuation) is available as Option UK6. Custom step attenuator/switch combinations are possible. The Keysight 11716A/B/C interconnect kits provide quick connection of Keysight 8494/5/6/7 1 dB and 10 dB step attenuators in series for greater dynamic range with 1 dB steps.
