34950A 64-bit Digital I/O with Memory and Counter for 34980A
Keysight 34950A module for the 34980A Multifunction Switch/Measure Unit has 64 bi-directional lines configured as eight 8-bit channels. Each 8-bit channel has programmable polarity and thresholds up to 5V. The memory is useful for simulating and capturing digital patterns up to 10 MHz. It provides configurable handshaking protocols for a wide variety of applications.
In addition, the two counter/totalizer channels can be used to count events, frequency, period, duty cycle, totalize, and pulse width.
Standard 78-pin D-sub connectors allow for use with standard cables, terminal blocks, or mass interconnect solutions.

the U1250 Series DMM to a PC with the optional IR-to-USB cable. In addition,
the U1250 Series lets you achieve greater confidence in your measurements with
accurate true-RMS AC measurements, low DCV error rate of up to 0.025% and high-resolution
display of 50,000 counts.

The U1250 Series DMMs are housed in robust overmold enclosures, rated at CAT
III 1000 V and CAT IV 600 V and operate over a wide temperature range of -20°C
