The Intempco RS80 sanitary RTD assembly with connection head is a temperature sensor designed for hygienic and aseptic applications, meeting 3-A agency approval standards. Featuring a Pt100 Class A element in a 4-wire configuration, this assembly delivers temperature measurement across a standard operating range of -58 to 392°F. The RS80 is available with either a white polypropylene (PO3) or SS316 stainless steel (SS2) screw cover head, offering flexibility for installation environments that require either lightweight plastic or rugged metal protection. The Tri-Clamp process connections come in 1.5” and 2” sizes for compatibility with sanitary piping systems.
