The Ashcroft 81 bolt thru isolation ring is designed to protect measuring devices such as pressure gauges, switches and transducers from direct contact with process media. The isolation ring uses a 360-degree flexible liner that eliminates the potential for clogging or fouling while transmitting pressure hydraulically to the instrument. The ring is mounted between customer-supplied flanges of process piping, and is available in nominal pipe sizes from 1 to 10 inches. Because the “ring” design eliminates process accumulation, it assures reliable and accurate pressure readings.
