The Adash A4910 LUBRI Lubrication and Vibration Analyzer provides streamlined lubrication monitoring and portable, route based data collection capabilities for bearing and whole body machinery vibration readings. The A4910 LUBRI measures the lubrication status of a bearing and notifies the user when the optimal level of lubrication has been applied, for quick and precise maintenance in the field. This significantly extends the lifetime of application machinery and minimizes lubricant waste. Professional industrial headphones are provided in the A4910 LUBRI Kit(s) to allow for auditory monitoring of bearing conditions.
The A4910 LUBRI is a user-friendly design with a simple three button navigation system that allows for quick toggling between taking measurements and diagnosing bearing condition. The A4910 LUBRI’s display offers two modes: Basic and Advanced. Basic mode offers easy to read traffic light indicators which display “Lubrication OK”, “Dry Bearing”, and “Add Grease”. The Advanced mode allows the user to gather data on machine vibrations, bearing condition and utilize the unit’s memory storage. This mode is aided with a free version of Adash’s DDS Software to allow for route data collection and trend analysis (see Documents Tab).
In the A4910 LUBRI Kit offering comes with a top-exit accelerometer, coiled cable for sensor, grease gun mount, flat magnetic base, industrial headphones, and two AA batteries. The A4910 LUBRI Pro Kit includes all of the above as well as a leather holster, and a hard-shell transport case outfitted for the unit and accessories.
