The Adash A4300 VA3 Pro Three Channel Vibration Analyzer is a highly customizable, portable vibration diagnostic system, ideal for long route data collection with simultaneous three channel sampling capabilities. This design also boasts a non-contact IR temperature sensor for immediate bearing temperature readings. The A4300 VA3 Pro system comes standard with Adash’s Meter module, which provides 6 screens of vibration measurements including overall vibration values, FFT, time signals, frequency bands, displacement, and temperature. The A4300 VA3 Pro also comes equipped with two additional complementary modules (FASIT and STROBO), which further expand the various application uses of this system. The FASIT module is a fault source detection tool that automatically identifies machine faults (unbalance, looseness, misalignment, bearing). The STROBO module pairs with the LED stroboscope (and alternative flashlight), to provide machine speed detection of any moving parts.
The Adash A4300 VA3 Pro Vibration Analyzer Kit options have been configured to give the user access to all essential hardware and software basics for a well rounded vibration analysis program, that can be expanded upon to handle an extensive range of application complexities. Purchase of a kit provides the user with all the logistical gear for safe transport of the analyzer and its accessories, including a silicone protective cover, hard shell carrying case and shoulder strap. For more advanced analysis capabilities, the VA3 Basic Plus 1 Kit provides a complementary choice of module upgrade (see options below). Purchase of the VA3 Pro Plus 1 Kit adds in a licensed seat to the professional version of Adash’s Digital Diagnostics Software (DDS).

Module Upgrade Overviews:
Route: Most common module. Enables route based data collection and utilization of free file sharing program to upload and download routes.
Balancer: Enables Adash two plane balancer program.
Analyzer: Enables Adash onboard analyzer module for real time analysis up to 25,600 lines of resolution. Utilize speed sensor input. Saves data on internal memory for future reference of spectrums, overall values, and trends.
Recorder: Enables recording of raw signal and tachometer input for post analysis using 4410 software (included). Record at 25600 Lines of Resolution up to 80 minutes on one channel.
Ultrasound: Enables monitor frequencies from 30‐50 KHz. Adjustable minimum and maximum band. Resonance frequency: 41 kHz. Additional ultrasound sensors and cables are required with this module.
Runup: Enables phase related transient data collection: Bode’ plots, cross channel phase vs amplitude, orbit plots, cepstrum and order analysis.
