The AccuMac AM1612 Full Immersion PRT is designed so that the transition junction and lead wires can be exposed to the same temperature environment as the probe. The seal of the probe prevents the ingress of moisture so that the probe can work in humid conditions or be fully immersed in common heat transfer fluids such as ethanol, silicone oil, and mineral oil.
AccuMac uses a uniquely designed support structure and filling material to balance between the hysteresis effect, mechanical shock and thermal shock performance.
