A probe deskew and performance verification kit for use with InfiniiMax probes. The E2655C is a replacement of the discontinued E2655B.

The E2655C Performance Verification and Deskew Fixture can be used to calibrate and verify the performance of the following probes:

• InfiniiMax l (1130B, 1131B, 1132B, 1134B)
• InfiniiMax ll (1168B, 1169B)
• InfiniiMax lll+ probe amplifiers with <13 GHz bandwidth
• InfiniiMax Ultra series probe amplifiers with <13 GHz bandwidth
• N2750/1/2A Differential Probes
