This chemical-resistant pure red sable round artist's brush is excellent for applying conformal coatings. This brush is designed to withstand harsh chemicals, such as toluene, without deteriorating by using a chemical-resistant epoxy to set the sable hair fill, and an unvarnished hardwood handle that will not peel or flake. Complete with a round brush shape and a corrosion-resistant nickel-plated ferrule. This size 1 brush has a 0.345" trim with a 0.077" diameter, and an overall length of 7". This high-quality, natural-fiber brush is springy and soft. Pure red sable is the most valuable of all soft hairs and makes the finest artist's brushes. It is very fine and strong with great elasticity. Pure red sable has a perpetual taper, creating the finest point possible on a bristle brush. Ideal for use with oil paints and watercolors for sign-writing and fine-lettering.
