The SDS1000X-E Series employs a new generation of SPO (Super-
Phosphor Oscilloscope) technology that provides excellent signal fidelity
and performance. It comes with a minimum vertical input range of 500 uV/div,
an digital trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter, and a waveform capture rate of 400,000 frames/sec (sequence mode). The series also employs a 256-level intensity grading display function, color temperature display mode and supports multiple powerful triggering modes including serial bus triggering.
The X-E models also include History waveform recording, and sequential triggering that enable extended waveform recording and analysis. Another powerful addition is the new 1 million points FFT math function that gives very high frequency resolution when observing signal spectra. The new digital design also includes a hardware co-processor that delivers measurements quickly and accurately without slowing acquisition and front-panel response.
Deep Memory Depth, High Capture Rate
The oscilloscope can easily capture the transients or low-probability events and using max record length of up to 14 Mpts, users are able to oversample to capture for longer time periods at higher resolution.
Revolution in Data Analysis Processing
Standard Serial Decoding
Serial decoding is Free in the SDS1000X-E Series and includes IIC, SPI, UART, CAN, and LIN. The waveform and data can be displayed at the same time and the detailed decoding information is displayed in the form of a list, and the data can be stored and exported.
Powerful Debugging and Analysis Capabilities
Power Loop Response Analysis (Bode Plot: four-channel
series only)
Siglent offers a solution for stability measurement: Signal source Power loop measurement with standard Free Bode Plot II software. Features higher measurement sensitivity and accuracy, variable excitation scan mode, user-friendly UI design, plus list and cursor measurements that are more intuitive.
