- High density storage trucks provide 48 levels for circuit boards and offer 11/16" (18mm) spacing for high density loading. Middle panel has extrusions on both sides. Slides accept boards up to 221/2" (571mm) long and up to 1/2" (12.7mm) thick.
- Adjustable panel slide along side frames to the exact width of boards. Holding knobs at each panel corner are manually tightened to hold panels securely in place. Center panel assembly (offered as standard with each unit and as an accessory).
- Panels are natural finish extruded aluminum.
- Structural chrome-plated steel frames with tapered corner collars which attach to the posts via aluminum split sleeves and retaining rings, making it possible to position the panel/frame unit at the desired working level. To accommodate boards from 3" (75mm) to 22-1/2" (570mm) deep, the vertical stop bar on
the face of each panel can be placed in any location along the face of the panel.
- Ideal for circuit board curing operations (if over 160°F [70°C], Hi Temp. Kit must be specified) as well as handling large quantities of unpopulated or populated boards.
- All metal truck components eliminate electrostatic build-up in properly grounded units. Slides are natural finish extruded aluminum.
- Super erecta shelf construction: provides fast, secure assembly of unit without special tools.
- Identifiable numbering strip is standard for easy identification of storage levels.
