One of the best performers of the Scotch polyester line of tapes, Scotch Box Sealing Tape 355 securely closes double and triple walled corrugated cartons, including those with high recycled content, saving time and reducing closure failures. The polyester backing resists moisture, abrasion and scuffing to hold strong throughout the shipping process. It withstands score line breaking and center seam splitting, making it ideal for use in heavy duty box and carton sealing operations. Shear strength prevents the tape legs from being pulled from the ends of the carton.
It complies with environmental considerations of ASTM D1974-92 and meets CID A-A-1684B and ASTM D5486 Type III. The tape is water-resistant per ASTM D5570.
