The Leyro LHC 40 temperature dry block calibrator is designed for both basic and advanced temperature calibration tasks, operating over a temperature range from -31 to 329°F. The Basic model offers a resolution of 0.18°F and stability of ±0.18°F, while the Advance model features selectable resolutions (0.18°F / 0.018°F / 0.0018°F) with a stability of ±0.014°F. Both models include a calibration volume with a 60mm diameter and an immersion depth of 165mm.
The Basic model warms up from 23°F to 212°F in approximately 25 minutes and cools down from 77°F to -13°F in about 45 minutes. The Advance model heats from 23°F to 212°F, in just 15 minutes, and cools from 77°F to -13°F in approximately 20 minutes. Equipped with an intuitive touchscreen interface, RS485 Modbus RTU communication, and multi-language support, the LHC 40 series allows easy switching between dry block, blackbody, surface, and infrared calibration modes using interchangeable inserts. The LHC 40 comes standard with a calibration insert, insert extractor, power cable, and a 10-point traceable calibration certificate, all backed by a 3-year factory warranty. Optional ENAC ISO 17025 calibration certificates and a variety of insert configurations are also available.
