The Draeger X-am pump multi-gas detector is an external sampling pump for the Draeger X-am 2500, 2800, 5000, 5600, and 5800 gas monitors. When connected to an operating X-am device, the pump starts automatically and stops when it is removed. The pump supports hose lengths up to 147ft and provides an airflow of 0.4 L/min. Including a rechargeable battery that charges through a micro USB port, with a full charge taking approximately six hours. The pump can operate for up to 20 hours depending on temperature and application. Pump runtime, battery status, and flow alarms are shown on the connected X-am device and stored in its data logger.
The unit has an IP67 rating and is approved for Class 1 Zone 0 use. It operates from -4 to 122°F, with brief operation down to -40°F. The pump housing includes a water and dust filter, and it is designed for use with 3mm or 5mm hoses. A fastening clip allows attachment to the X-am monitor.
