The E+H Orbisint CPS12 analog ORP sensor is the all-rounder for ORP measurement in process and environmental applications, with ATEX, FM, CSA approval for use in hazardous areas. It can be used for long-term monitoring and limit monitoring of processes with stable process conditions, such as for the chemical industry, paper industry, power plants (e.g. flue gas washers), or an incineration plant. It can also be used for water treatment for drinking water, cooling water, and/or well water.
The CPS12 contains a robust electrode with a long poison diffusion path, allowing for low maintenance due to the large, dirt-repellent PTFE ring diaphragm. The process glass on the instrument can be used for highly alkaline media and is pressure-stable up to 16 bar (232 psi). The various measuring elements are for application in oxidizing or reducing media.
