The E+H Orbisint CPS11 analog pH sensor allows for long term monitoring and limit control in processes with stable process conditions. It can be used in the chemical industry, pulp and paper industry, power plants (e.g. flue gas washers, boiler feed water), and incineration plants. It can also be used in water treatment for drinking water, cooling water, and well water. This sensor also has ATEX, IECEx, FM, CSA, TIIS and NEPSI approval for use in hazardous areas.
The CPS11 is suitable for harsh applications – the process glass is for highly alkaline media and is pressure-stable up to 16 bar (232 psi). Configurated options include a salt ring for low conductivity applications such as boiler feed water and water for injection or a poison-resistant reference with ion tap. The Memosens technology in this sensor provides data security due to the digital data transmission, as well as making data easy to access by keeping it stored in the sensor.
