The Eaton FHF InduTel hazardous area telephone has been developed as a full featured phone for industrial and commercial environments such as chemical and petrochemical plants, offshore platforms, powerplants and food processing facilities. The telephone can handle the large temperature differences found outdoors, high humidity, exposure to sea water and dust, as well as mechanical wear and tear, making it ideal as an emergency telephone. The built-in LEDs in the handset rest will blink for easy visual signaling of an incoming call.
