The Rosemount 1496 Orifice Flange Union holds orifice plates in place for reliable flow measurement. This flange union is designed with a threaded tap connection (180-degrees apart) and engineered to withstand high temperatures and pressures of up to ANSI Class 2500#. These flange unions do not require on-site drilling and come with a complete assembly of all necessary hardware, including studs, nuts, jack screws, gaskets and pipe plugs.
