Megger MGFL100 Battery Ground Fault Locator

The Megger MGFL100 battery ground fault locator is a compact, versatile tool designed to locate ground faults in ungrounded DC and AC systems, DC battery strings, and IT-grounded AC systems. It delivers accurate fault tracing by directly measuring fault resistance, fault current, leakage capacitance, and leakage current. The transmitter and receiver work together to detect real faults and provide visual and audible alarms while ignoring phantom issues caused by capacitance, ensuring fast, accurate diagnostics with no manual tuning required.

Built for safety and efficiency, the MGFL100 includes fused leads to prevent arc flash hazards, adjustable current and voltage limits to avoid breaker trips, and password protection for added security. It operates on both AC and battery power, making it suitable for various environments. With a 5.12Hz AC output signal, it enables fault tracing on noisy systems or low-frequency networks without tripping DC breakers.
