The low noise filter is designed for the B2961A/62A 6.5 Digit Low Noise Power Source. It reduces the output noise of B2961A/62A to 350 µVrms (10 Hz to 20 MHz), which is the same level of RMS noise as linear regulator-based power supplies. The full output DC voltage/current range (210 V, 3.03 A) is available. It easily attaches and detaches to/from channels of B2961A/62A.
The Keysight N1294A-011 and N1294A-012 are interlock cables dedicated to 16442A/B test fixtures.
