The Keysight 661xC Series System DC Power Supply is an ideal power source for
demanding production test applications. These DC power supplies offer high-performance and precision measurements in a one-box solution. To reduce test-system development time and provide precision testing, the they provide current measurement down to the microamp level. They also provide high-speed programming with under 4 millisecond response time.
