The Keysight LXI-compliant 11713E attenuator/switch driver provides remote or front-panel drive control for 4 programmable attenuators and 4 SPDT switches. The Keysight 11713E can also be used to independently control up to 20 switches. Designed with both benchtop and ATE environments in mind, this flexible, stand-alone driver provides an intuitive user interface, a variety of switching options, software programmability and remote control features for quick, easy design validation and automated testing.

An integrated power supply eliminates the need for an external power source. Each Keysight 11713E is offered with 14 optional plug-in drive cables to provide point-to-point connection to Keysight programmable attenuators and switches.

Front panel pushbuttons and an easy-to-read LCD display simplify the setup of functions such as voltage, TTL functions, continuous drive, pulse drive, IP address, etc. Powerful software programming and with GPIB, USB or LAN connectivity and software instrument drivers provide instrument and programming compatibility.

The Keysight 11636C power divider provides good matching and excellent tracking characteristics for highly accurate power division, signal routing and matrix testing from DC to 50 GHz. Offering excellent output power symmetry between the two outputs ports, the 11636C is recommended for applications such as power combining and transmission line fault testing using a network analyzer. The excellent source match of all three ports improves fault location measurements by reducing re-refl ections. These power dividers are not recommend for ratio or source leveling applications.

The Keysight 11636C provides a symmetrical 6 dB power division. It can also be used as power combiner: when signal is input at the two output ports, the sum of the two signals appears at the input port.
