Keysight PP0002A/PP0004 Hi-Z+ Passive Probe, 800 MHz, 1200V CAT II, Probe/Adapter Combo, 5mm Tip

This family of probes is truly the best of passive probes and active probes in one. The Hi-Z+ boast a small probe head, rugged and replaceable tips, automatic probe identification and attenuation, high-voltage ranges and high-input impedances with low capacitance.

PP0002A is a high-voltage passive probe with 800 MHz of analog bandwidth and less than 2 pF of capacitive loading, while providing a never before seen 1200 Vrms input voltage.

The PP0002A probe/PP0004A adapter is designed for use on InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes with the AutoProbe I interface. Hi-Z+ are a new generation of probes in which the probe is to be viewed as a combination of the “probe and probe adapter”. This combination does not have a fixed attenuation ratio but rather has multiple available attenuation ratios per given V/div settings to accommodate a very large dynamic range and flat frequency response.
