42942A Terminal Adapter for Impedance Analyzer, 40 Hz to 110 MHz

The 42942A terminal adapter converts the Impedance Analyzer four terminal-pair configuration into a 7 mm terminal configuration. As a result, test fixtures with a 7 mm terminal connector can be used with the Impedance Analyzer.

Keysight 346C noise source is the ideal companion to Keysight’s noise figure solutions. The low SWR of the noise source reduces a major source of measurement uncertainty; reflections of test signals.
