The N7023A power rail probe browser is intended for use with the Keysight N7020A and N7024A power rail probes. The N7023A browser leverages the mechanical components from our popular passive probes to create a convenient browsing-style accessory for the N7020A and N7024A power rail probes.
Designed with emphasis on convenience and ease of use, the N7023A power rail probe browser offers 350-MHz bandwidth while providing multiple connection and probing options. The browser has a compact 2.5 mm diameter head for accessing tight geometries. The sharp probe tip is spring loaded to help maintain contact and prevent slipping off the device under test. The browser includes a twin lead adapter for connecting to standard 0.1″ pitch 2-pin headers or other accessories. There is an SMT clip can that be used for hands-free probing of surface mount capacitors that is included.
The N7023A power rail probe browser is only compatible with the N7020A and N7024A power rail probes. To use the browser, simply unscrew the main cable from the N7020A/N7024A power rail probe and replace it with the N7023A power rail probe browser.
N6761A/2UA: Includes Current Measurement Range 200 µA and Output Disconnect Relays
Precision DC Power Module
Programming Accuracy (at 23°C ±5°C)
Ripple & noise (20 Hz to 20 MHz)
Keysight N6761A is a 50 W precision DC power module that provides low noise, and precise control and measurements in the milliampere and microampere region with the ability to simultaneously digitize voltage and current, and capture those measurements in an oscilloscope-like data buffer. For leakage current or sleep-mode current measurements, add option 2UA for measurement capability down to 1 µA.
This module is used in both the small, multiple output 1U high N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System (for ATE systems) and the multiple output N6705 DC Power Analyzer (for bench testing). GPIB, LAN, USB, and LXI compliance are standard with all mainframes. Select from more than 30 different DC power modules, ranging in capability from basic to high precision, and power from 20 – 500 W.
